How often do I water my bonsai tree?

I've started growing a bonsai tree. The instructions said leave it out of direct sunlight for a few weeks, then put it in a fridge for a few weeks, and then mentions putting them (when they have started to grow out of the soil) into seperate pots, but it doesn't mention at all how often I need to water a bonsai tree at these different stages.|||You water whatever the tree needs, when it needs it. Depends on conditions, not scheduling|||This website will give you some basic information on Bonsai Care http://www.bonsai-garden.com/

Additionally there are a series of bonsai related articles that address specific issues growers of bonsai deal with http://www.bonsai-garden.com/bonsai-arti鈥?/a>

Goodluck!|||Get yourself a moisture meter. They cost about five bucks at the nursery. Takes all the guess work out of watering.|||You water it when the soil is almost dry. It has to drain.
